1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing photex-design.com and using services of PHOTEX DESIGN LIMITED, registered in United Kingdom under 09480673, at Prospero House, 46-48 Rothesay Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, England, LU1 1QZ, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

PHOTEX DESIGN LIMITED is a digital marketing agency providing:

• Paid search campaign management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
• Conversion tracking setup and configuration
• Lead generation campaigns (B2B and B2C)
• Campaign auditing and optimization
• Landing page optimization
• Performance reporting and analytics

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain ownership and admin access to ad accounts
• Comply with applicable laws and advertising regulations
• Not use services for illegal or prohibited products

4. Account Ownership

All ad accounts remain client property. Full ownership and admin access at all times.

5. Payment Terms

Fees agreed in writing before work starts. Late payments may result in suspension.

6. Advertising Platform Compliance

We ensure campaigns comply with platform policies. Not liable for policy changes by third parties.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties maintain confidentiality. Survives termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for platform changes, indirect damages. Total liability limited to fees paid in preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party: 30 days written notice. Immediate for: non-payment, false info, prohibited content.

10. Intellectual Property

Deliverables licensed to client on payment. Internal tools remain company IP.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party liable for events beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

Governed by laws of United Kingdom. Courts of Luton, United Kingdom.

13. Modifications

Changes posted with updated date. Continued use = acceptance.
